Over the years, we had been experiencing recurring leaks across our facility. Given the age of the existing roof, we knew we needed to look at replacing the entire roof for both structures on campus. We went through our standard bid process of procuring bids and interviewing contractors. We selected Commercial Roofing for our re-roofing project based on their track record of expertise, cost and proposed schedule of project execution. This project was ongoing at the height of the COVID19 pandemic and ensuring the health and safety of our residents was of highest priority. The team at Commercial Roofing was creative and flexible in the execution of the project to support our requests. All of the workers were respectful and professional and our onsite facilities team enjoyed working with their men for the duration of the project. Working with CRW as the general contractor for the roofing segment of the St. Regis Princeville Resort renovation project was seamless with their superior level of expertise in sustainable roofing solutions. As the Ex-Chief Engineer of Unicold Corporation, I had the pleasure of working with CRW. CRW was able to replace 150,000sq.ft. of our old roof and install close to 5,000 solar panels – all covered under one warranty.
