I want to thank the team at Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing Hawaii, Inc. for stopping those pesky roof leaks at the Airgas Gaspro, Waipahu warehouse.

As the landlord/property manager/handyman, I tried to plug-up those leaks by spreading a large amount of black roofing “goop” around the suspect holes in the metal roof.  When that didn’t work, I went back to the hardware store to purchase a gallon can of white “topping” goop and brushed it on top of the black goop.  When that didn’t work, I decided to stop throwing any more money at the problem and do the smart thing by contacting you (a fellow Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) member) for your professional advice.

Your team came out immediately, discovered the real problem, and came up with a plan of action to proceed.  The repair was quickly and neatly executed in the morning and although it rained “cats and dogs” in the afternoon, the roof remained watertight.

I am happy with your professional roofing repair service.  And the price was right too!
