(Honolulu, HI) – Riann Cayaban, a foreman at Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing Hawaii was recently selected as a winner in the outstanding-on-the-job performance and workmanship category at the 21st MVP Awards announced at the March 5 NRCA’s Industry Awards Virtual Ceremony. Winners are chosen based on their significant contributions to outstanding on-the-job performance and workmanship. Nominees are submitted from across the nation within the roofing industry. 

The MVP awards program recognizes and honors those roofing workers who are outstanding employees within their companies and recognizes them for their outstanding performance on the job, challenges they’ve overcome, dedication and commitment to helping others. Some of the benchmarks of employees that receive this award include those who have a strong work ethic, show leadership, initiative and resourcefulness, have earned an outstanding safety record, show support for his or her co-workers and goes above and beyond.
